THIS FIRST EXTENSION FOR NATURAL AREAS AND EXOTIC VEGETATION <br />MANAGNEMENT/MOWING AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND JOHN <br />BROWN & SONS, INC. ("CONTRACTOR") <br />THIS FIRST EXTENSION to Natural Areas and Exotic Vegetation Management/Mowing Agreement is <br />by and between Indian River County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida ("County') and John Brown <br />and Sons, Inc., ("Contractor"). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />hereinafter set forth, agree as follows: <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, On January 8, 2019,.COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into the Natural Areas and <br />Exotic Vegetation Management/Mowing Agreement (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the initial term of the Agreement was for one year, beginning on January 8, 2019, and <br />allowed for two one year extensions; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to extend the Agreement for an <br />additional one year period; and <br />WHEREAS, the requirements for an extension have been satisfied and, COUNTY and <br />CONTRACTOR desire to execute the first extension to the Agreement for the period January 8, 2020 through <br />January 7, 2021.. <br />IN WITNESS{ WHEREOF, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR have executed this First Extension this day <br />of , 2019. <br />JOHNS BROWN AND SONS, INC.
