substantial compliance with construction plans dated <br />_• `County also agrees to <br />construct one 18' driveway at a location to be selected by owner. If necessary, Owner <br />agrees to execute a license agreement, or other similar document, allowing County to <br />enter upon Owner's property in order to harmonize the new driveway with the new right- <br />of-way. <br />5• The parties agree to use their best efforts towards closing on this <br />transaction within 30 days from the date of obtaining County Commission approval. <br />County, by and through its title company, also agrees to obtain a Partial Release from <br />Mortgage, or other similar document, from the mortgage company, as necessary to <br />convey clear, marketable title and to close on this property. <br />6. County and Owner acknowledge and agree that the compensation paid for <br />the acquisition in this presuit matter is the result of a compromise between the parties. <br />7. This presuit mediation settlement agreement is subject to the approval by <br />the Indian River County Commission. All reasonable efforts shall be made in order <br />to present this settlement agreement to the County Commission during the month of <br />April 2020. <br />William K.
