January 14, 2020 <br />ITEM 14.C.1 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Members of the Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 8, 2020 <br />SUBJECT: Request Use of Commission Chambers to Host an Update Seminar on the <br />Bethel Creek Flushing Study and Indian River Lagoon <br />FROM: Tim Zorc <br />Commissioner, District 3 <br />Discussion Item: <br />I respectfully request use of the Commission Chambers on the morning of Wednesday, <br />March 4, 2020, to host an update seminar on the Bethel Creek Flushing Study and <br />Indian River Lagoon. <br />The program would feature a talk from Dr. Gary Zarillo of FIT from 9-10 AM, followed by <br />Dr. Duane DeFreese of the IRL Council from 10-10:30 AM and another speaker to be <br />determined. I'd also request use of the broadcasting system and applicable staff to <br />assist in that process. <br />71 <br />
