DeBraal — Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: March 23, 2020 <br />SUBJECT: Osprey Acres Floway and Nature Preserve - Utilities <br />In connection with the Osprey Acres Floway and Nature Preserve project, it was necessary to construct a <br />water main, associated fire hydrant and a sewer system (UCP #3363) within the boundary of the property. <br />To support the issuance of the certificate of completion for the project, a Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities <br />has been prepared for accounting purposes as well as for aiding in tracking the infrastructure and warranty <br />period, and is presented herewith for consideration. <br />FUNDING <br />The cost of recording the Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities is $27.00. Funds are budgeted and available in <br />Optional Sales Tax/Public Works/Osprey Acres- Account No. 31524338-066510-16022. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities and requests the Board authorize the <br />Chairman to execute same for recordation in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.. <br />/nhm <br />attachment <br />184 <br />
