Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final February 4, 2020 <br />Vice Chairman Flescher read and presented the Proclamation to Dr. Theresa Floyd, <br />Ph.D. who was joined by members of her family. Dr. Floyd expressed her <br />appreciation and shared her motto: never look down on a man, unless you're <br />picking him up. <br />Read and Presented <br />6.
