AMENDMENT 1 TO WORK ORDER NUMBER 1 <br />IRC -1628 <br />85-11 Street (96th Avenue to 1011t Avenue) Roadway Improvements <br />This Amendment 1 to Work Order Number 1 is entered into as of this ,; day of , 2020, <br />pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Continuing Geotechnical Engineering Services <br />entered into as of this 0 day of December, 2018 (collectively referred to as the "Agreement'), by and <br />between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and TERRACON <br />CONSULTANTS, INC. ("Consultant"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth in <br />existing Work Order Number 1, Effective Date October 1, 2019. <br />The COUNTY and the Consultant desire to amend this Work Order as set forth on Exhibit A (Fee <br />Schedule) attached to this Amendment and made part hereof by this reference in accordance <br />with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement. <br />From and after the Effective Date of this Amendment, the above -referenced Work Order is <br />amended as set forth in this Amendment.
