Boa 94 ai�,Lb40' <br />RESOLUTION 95-46 <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners directs the <br />Public Works Director to execute and submit the attached <br />application to the Florida Department of Community Affairs for <br />state approval. <br />SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and <br />directs the Public Works Director to submit additional information <br />in a timely manner as may be required by the Florida Department of <br />Community Affairs. <br />SECTION 5. The proposed CDBG application is consistent with <br />the Indian River County comprehensive plan. <br />SECTION 6. The Indian River County comprehensive plan is <br />hereby adopted as the County's community development plan. <br />SECTION 7. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon <br />its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert , and seconded by Commissioner Adams , and <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
