UW -94 -01 -DS <br />On February 28, 1995, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolutions 95-36 (Resolution I) and 95-37 <br />(Resolution II), which contained the preliminary assessment roll and <br />established the date of the public hearing for the subject project. <br />Property owners have been notified of the public hearing by <br />certified mail.
