BOOK 94PF9 Uf: 670 <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The request for approval from the Indian River County Board of <br />County Commissioners to hold the 25th Anniversary WalkAmerica in <br />Roseland on April 29, 1995, and regulate roadways along the route <br />to local traffic is the proposal before the Board at this time. <br />W -5104C. -I5411 . <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />this request provided that emergency access is maintained at all <br />times and Indian River County Sheriff's Department Deputies provide <br />traffic control. <br />The March of Dimes will need to provide Indian River County with an <br />insurance policy holding the County harmless and also secure an <br />Indian River County Right -of -Way Permit. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Tippin being absent) approved the <br />March of Dimes 25th Anniversary WalkAmerica in <br />Roseland on Saturday, April 29, 1995; authorized the <br />Indian River County Sheriff's Department to regulate <br />the routes involved; and required an insurance <br />policy from the March of Dimes holding the County <br />harmless and securing an Indian River County right- <br />of-way permit; as recommended by staff. <br />41H STREET R -O -W ACQUISITION/HENSICK & SONS <br />PARCELBUDGET AMENDMENT 012 <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of March 8, 1995: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W.
