BIRD , Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners, constituting the Board of County Canvassers in and for said County, do hereby certify that <br />we met in the office of the Supervisor of Elections on the 13th Day of April, A.D., 1993, and proceeded <br />to publicly canvass the votes given for the offices herein specified at the Special Election held on the 13th <br />Day of April, A.D., 1993, as shown by the returns on file in the office of the Supervisor of Elections.
