<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 8, 10, 12 & 14
<br />BLOCK 13, TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES, UNIT 2,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT
<br />BOOK 5, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purposes,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />•Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Laverne M. Ellis her successors in interest, heirs and assigns,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 794, Fellsmere, Florida 32948,
<br />Grantee, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:

<br />southerly three (3) feet of Lot 8, the northerly three
<br />(3) feet of Lot 10, the southerly three (3) feet of Lot
<br />10, the northerly (3) feet of Lot 12, the southerly three
<br />(3) feet of Lot 12, and the northerly three (3) feet of
<br />Lot 14, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 5, Page 65 of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Tippin
<br />and adopted on the 11 day of MaY , 1993 by the following
<br />vote:
