'19iiiil�i�iil-T�l�Oil' (=II1lifis::)` �[1cv�s�tzawww•' <br />S <br />} <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99- 92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED <br />GENERALLY IN VARIOUS SUBDIVISIONS OFF OF <br />KINGS HIGHWAY AND STATE ROAD 80, AND <br />OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND <br />ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING PHASE III OF <br />THE . WATER MAIN EXTENSION GROWTH PLAN, AS <br />TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF <br />PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT <br />THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST <br />EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />DC <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 93- 91 , determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and <br />particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within <br />the area described hereafter, that a waterline be installed in <br />approximately 901 properties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially <br />assessed with respect thereto shall be $0.118489 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at <br />which the owners of the properties to be assessed or any other persons <br />interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of <br />constructing such water main extension, as to the cost thereof, as to <br />the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be <br />assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
