VERIFICATION OF MATHEMATICAL COMPUTATIONS The accuracy of the mathematical computations supporting the conclusions (i) that the principal amounts and the interest on the Escrow Securities and other funds deposited in escrow under the Escrow Agreement are adequate to provide for the payment when due of the principal, interest and redemption premium, if any, on the Refunded Bonds and (u) that the yield on the Series 1993 Bonds does not cause the Series 1993 Bonds to be "arbitrage bonds" under Section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1956, as amended, will be verified by McGladrey & Pullen, Minneapolis, Minnesota, independent certified public accountants, based upon schedules provided by William R. Hough & Co. UNDERWRITING The Series 1993 Bonds are being purchased by William R. Hough & Co. (the "Underwriter% subject to certain terms and conditions set forth in a bond purchase agreement between the County and the Underwriter, including the approval of certain legal matters by Bond Counsel and the existence of no material change in the affairs of the County from those set forth in this Official Statement. The aggregate purchase price payable by the Underwriter is S (which includes Original Issue Discount of $ and Underwriter's Discount of $ ) plus accrued interest on the Series 1993 Bonds from June 1, 1993 to the date of delivery of the Series 1993 Bonds. The Series 1993 Bonds are offered for sale to the public at the price set forth on the cover page of this Preliminary Official Statement. The Series 1993 Bonds may be offered and sold to certain dealers at prices lower than such offering prices, and such public offering prices may be changed, from time to time, by the Underwriter.
