r, a/B/99(HE80/cov rlatl)LEtlAL(WtlC/nitn) <br />i <br />l <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93- 106 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO <br />PROVIDE THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF TAXPAYERS <br />WITHIN THE TAXING BOUNDARIES OF THE LOCAL <br />OPTION TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX SUBCOUNTY <br />TAXING DISTRICTS WITHIN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, on January 27, 1987 the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida adopted Ordinance No. 87-11 establishing a <br />Local Option Tourist Development Tax in Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance levying the Tourist Development Tax <br />created within Indian River County two subcounty taxing districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Revenue is now authorized to <br />disclose to the governing body of the county or subcounty district levying <br />the Tourist Development Tax the names and addresses of taxpayers within <br />the taxing boundaries of such county or subcounty district; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County desires to have all relevant <br />information concerning the Tourist Development Tax including the names and <br />addresses of the taxpayers within the subcounty taxing districts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />herein. <br />1. The foregoing recitals are fully incorporated as if repeated <br />2. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />requests the Department of Revenue to provide to the Board of County <br />Commissioners the names and addresses of taxpayers within the taxing <br />boundaries of the Local Option Tourist Development Tax subcounty taxing <br />districts within Indian River County, for the fiscal year subsequent to <br />October 1, 1992. <br />3. Upon adoption of this Resolution the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners is authorized to delegate to staff the authority to send <br />an authenticated copy of this resolution to the Department of Revenue to <br />obtain the information requested herein. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Adams and seconded by Commissioner Macht and, being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />0 <br />
