"M <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-112 <br />�j <br />4. <br />The assessments, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A," shall stand <br />confirmed and remain legal, valid, and binding first lions against <br />the property against which such assessments are made until paid. <br />5. The assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. <br />93-39, were recorded by the County on the public records of Indian <br />River County, and the lien shall remain prima facie evidence of its <br />validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Absent <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
