Mehta, PE, Managing Director, Solid Waste Disposal District <br />Subject: Final Pay to Geosyntec for Work Authorization CCNA-2018 WO No. 2 —Title V Air Operations <br />Permit Modification Application <br />Descriptions and Conditions: <br />On October 16, 2018, the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) Board approved CCNA-2018-Work Order No. 2 <br />to Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. (Geosyntec) to provide Class I Landfill professional engineering services for the <br />Title V Air Operations Permit Modification Application, in an amount not to exceed $24,998.00. <br />Geosyntec's authorized scope of work included general consulting, meeting support and project <br />management; the preparation and submittal of the Title V permit modification application; and response to <br />regulatory comments. <br />Analysis: <br />Geosyntec has satisfactorily completed all of the tasks described in the scope of work for a total of <br />$24,979.88 which includes the final invoice of $805.37. Attached is Geosyntec's letter report describing <br />in more details the services provided under this work order. <br />Funding: <br />Funding for this work is budgeted and available in the Engineering Services account in the SWDD Landfill <br />Fund, which is funded from SWDD assessments and user fees.
