The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Zorc, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Solari <br />15.B.2. 20-1319 Final Payment to Mr. Mulch for the Yard Waste Processing Services <br />Recommended Action: Solid Waste Disposal District staff recommends that the Board approve the final <br />payment of $64,209.09 request to Russell Payne, Inc. d/b/a/ Mr. Mulch, Inc., <br />and waive the requirement for a three-year tail coverage for Environmental <br />Impairment insurance <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Final Invoice from Mr Mulch & Insurance Back -Up <br />There was no discussion. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Zorc, seconded by Commissioner Solari, <br />to approve staffs recommendation.
