Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final February 18, 2020 <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Commissioner O'Bryan read and presented the Proclamation to Major Milo <br />Thornton of the Indian River County Sheriffs Office, who was honored as an <br />African American Pioneer. <br />Presented <br />5.C. 20-1265 Presentation of Proclamation Honoring Brother Jimmy Mackey <br />Recommended Action: Read and Present <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Commissioner Zorc read and presented the Proclamation to Brother Jimmy <br />Mackey, who was honored as an African American Pioneer.
