FOURTH EXTENSIONTO AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROVIDING DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL <br />SERVICES FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />THIS FOURTH EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVIDING DISASTER <br />DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA ("Fourth Extension") is enteredinto as of this 6th day of April, 2020, by and between <br />Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, ("COUNTY"), and Ceres <br />Environmental Services, Inc., a: Minnesota corporation, authorized to do business in the State of <br />Florida, ("Contractor"). <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS <br />A. Effective April 5, 2016, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement for Disaster <br />Debris Removal and Disposal Services for Indian River Country, Florida; and. <br />B. On February 20, 2018, the parties entered into the Second and Third Extension to <br />Agreement for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services; which expired on April <br />4, 2020; and <br />C. Indian River County is currently in a State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 <br />pandemic; and <br />D. The parties wish to extend the Agreement for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal <br />Services for Indian River Country, Florida in the event Contractor is needed to perform <br />debris removal and disposal during the pandemic disaster. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the mutual covenants herein contained and other <br />good valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The above background recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein. <br />2. The Agreement for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services for Indian River <br />Country, Florida is extended a fourth time until June .6, 2020. <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment as of <br />the date first written above. <br />Page 1 1 <br />38 <br />
