RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby approves <br />the issuance of the Bonds solely for purposes of Section 147(0 of the Code. <br />The entry into the Sixth Amendment to. an Interlocal Agreement substantially in <br />the form presented to this meeting and attached hereto as Exhibit B is hereby <br />approved. <br />This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />adoption.
