CALL TO ORDER <br />Present: 5 - Chairman Susan Adams <br />Vice Chairman Joseph Flescher <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc <br />Commissioner Peter O'Bryan <br />Commissioner Bob Solari <br />Chairman Adams opened the meeting by reflecting on the love and admiration she <br />felt for Ms. Alma Lee Loy, who passed away on April 10, 2020.
