WORK ORDER NUMBER 2 <br />IRC -1909 <br />IRC -1909 - Indian River Boulevard and 8th Street Signalization <br />This Work Order Number 2 is entered into as of this 25th day June , 2020 pursuant to <br />that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Continuing Geotechnical Engineering Services into on the 4th day of <br />December, 2018 collectively referred to as the "Agreement", by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and ANDERSEN ANDRE CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. <br />("CONSULTANT"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the CONSULTANT to perform the professional services set forth on Exhibit A (AACE <br />Proposal No. P20-1631), attached to this Work Order No. 2 and made part hereof by this reference. The professional <br />services will be performed by the CONSULTANT for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work <br />Order and made a part hereof by this reference. The Consultant will perform the professional services within the <br />timeframes more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this <br />reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement.
