BOOK 9 PACE 73 <br />-The agreement approved by the Board in 1990 was to biose the crossings over the FEC at <br />Bay Street and at 87th Street. The County will be granted, a crossing opening for westbound <br />traffic on new CR 512, with the existing CR 512 crossing serving for Eastbound traffic on <br />CR 512. <br />AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff recommends that the Board direct the Chairman to execute this agreement on behalf <br />of the Board. As the Board previously approved this agreement no alternative is being <br />presented. <br />RBCOMMF,NDATim AND FUNDING <br />Funding to be from Traffic Impact Fee District 3, in the amount of $273,300.00. <br />Commissioner Adams recalled that when a previous Board had to <br />deal with this situation, they didn't have any choice in this <br />crossing. <br />County Engineer Roger Cain advised that we could go through an <br />administrative hearing if the Board so desired. <br />Commissioner Bird recalled that he voted for the crossing, but <br />he felt we may have to draw a line in the sand in the future and <br />object more strongly if asked to give up two crossings for one. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the Stipulation of Parties <br />Agreement with the FEC, as recommended by staff. <br />STIPULATION OF PARTIES AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />BLUE CYPRESS LAKE PARK - RESTROOM BUILDING - <br />ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3/22/95: <br />54 <br />MARCH 28, 1995 <br />
