RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - 057 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN <br />EASEMENT (OR PORTION THEREOF) ON LOT 49, COPELAND'S LANDING <br />SUBDIVISION PHASE II <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lot 49 of Copeland's <br />Landing Subdivision Phase II; and <br />WHEREAS, Victor & Janis C. Ramos, the owners of the property, have made application to Indian <br />River County requesting that the County release the easement, or portion thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement: <br />The east nine (9) feet of the thirty-one (31) foot rear yard drainage easement on Lot 49, Copeland's <br />Landing Subdivision Phase II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 80 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by <br />Commissioner Zorc , and adopted on the 14 day of July , 2020, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br />Vice -Chairman Joseph E.
