SECTION 00100 - Advertisement for Bids <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />1801 271h Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Sealed bids will be received by Indian River County until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 11, <br />2020. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name and address <br />of the bidder on the outside and the words "58111 AVENUE (FROM NORTH OF 57TH STREET <br />TO 85TH STREET) FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION and Bid No. 2020021". Bids should be <br />addressed to Purchasing Division, Room 131-301, 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. All bids received after 2:00 P.M., on <br />the day specified above, will not be accepted or considered. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. IRC -1325 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2020021 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed improvements to 5811 Avenue from north of 571h <br />Street to 85Th Street and 691h Street from Sta 11+84 to Sta 30+47 consist of reconstructing <br />the roadway utilizing full depth reclamation, milling and resurfacing, widening the <br />existing shoulders to 5 -feet, structural asphalt, surface asphalt, drainage improvements, <br />waterline directional bore, utility adjustments, signing, and pavement markings. This <br />project is an F.D.O.T. Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) funded project, FM No. <br />436416-1-54-01. <br />All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance <br />with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto. All communications concerning this bid shall be <br />directed to IRC Purchasing Division at purchasingQircgov.com. <br />All bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the Bid Proposal forms provided <br />within the specifications. Please note that the questionnaire must be filled out completely <br />including the financial statement.
