EXHIBIT C <br />AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION <br />Resolution No. 93-]24 <br />A RESOLUTION of the Indian River County Board of County Comm. (Dorn) <br />authorizing the <br />filing of a Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund Grant Application with <br />the Florida Transportation Disadvantaged Commission. <br />WHEREAS, this BOARD has the authority to file a Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Trust Fund Grant Application and to undertake a transportation <br />disadvantaged service project as authorized by Rule 41-2, F.A.C., and Section <br />427.0159, F.S. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD THAT: <br />1. The BOARD has the authority to file this grant application. <br />2. The BOARD authorizes Robert M. Keating, AICP to file and <br />execute t e applicatio o �ehalf of the Indian ver <br />---County <br />Board of ount comm. oP with the Florida Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Commission for the total amount of $_ 13,689 <br />of Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Funds. <br />3. The BOARD authorizes Robert M. Keating, AICP to sign any <br />and all agreements or contracts which are required in connection <br />with the application. <br />4. The BOARD authorizes Robert M.
