RESOLUTION NO. 93-133 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 2 & 4, BLOCK <br />9, TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT <br />THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 94 1/2 OF <br />THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />ca <br />O <br />0 <br />Gti <br />Cl') <br />G: <br />ko <br />C13 <br />r.. <br />c� <br />c� <br />' This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />S <br />Grantor, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />`•' <br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, to <br />w <br />C_ David E. Smith & Judy Smith his wife, Grantee, their successors in <br />interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 9365 127th <br />Avenue, Fellsmere, Florida 32948. <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all rights, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following described <br />easements: <br />The common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage <br />easements of Lots 2 & 4, Block 9, Tropical Village <br />Estates Subdivision, being the southerly three (3) feet <br />of Lot 2 and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, <br />according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, <br />Page 94 1/2 of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida <br />Tax Parcel No.: 00-31-37-00007-0090-00002.0 <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />F Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Tippin , and <br />adopted on the 10th day of August , 1993, by the following <br />r vote <br />J <br />Commissioner Richard N.
