RESOLUTION NO. 93- 143 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING MAINTENANCE <br />OF EASEMENTS FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN <br />RAIN TREE CORNER SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />Hnes in Raintree Corner Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain utility easements in Rain Tree <br />Corner Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 88, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts for maintenance, for utility purposes only, the <br />utility easements, as offered to the County on the plat of the <br />above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Macht , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
