UN LUTA" 1/ h IV, 13LUUrk 13, UALU YAnl% <br />' SUBDIVISION, UNITNO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS <br />RECORDED, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purposes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />' This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />r a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing <br />address,is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />Timothy John Fothergill and Lori Leean Fothergill, his wife, their <br />successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address <br />is"1455 19th Avenue S.W., Vero Beach, Florida 32962, Grantee, as <br />follow: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />The common five (5) foot side lot utility and drainage <br />easements of Lots 17 & 18, Block B, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit <br />No. 3, being the northerly five (5) feet of Lot 17, and the <br />southerly five (5) feet of Lot 18, according to the plat <br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Adams , <br />and adopted on the 14 day of September , 1993, by the <br />following vote: <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner John W. Tippin Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B.
