April 4, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 4, 1995, <br />at 9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran B. <br />Adams, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and John <br />W. Tippin. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and P. J. <br />Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Macht called the meeting to order. Reverend Joe <br />Brooks of Twentieth Avenue Church of God gave the invocation, and <br />Commissioner Eggert led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Eggert, requested four additions to today's <br />Agenda: <br />1. Item 7-I, Proclamation for National Blue <br />Ribbon Week. <br />2. Item 7-J, FRMA seminar approval. <br />3. Item 13-D-1, discussion of utility policies, Comp Plan, <br />economic development and affordable housing. <br />4. Item 13-D-2, discussion regarding Public Health <br />Department, District 15. <br />Chairman Macht requested the following changes: <br />1. Item 13-A-3, discussion regarding Indian River Garden <br />Club Flower Show. <br />2. Item 9-B, defer. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously made the <br />above changes to the Agenda. <br />Boa 94 <br />ir.
