20 <br />1 (b) APPLICABILITY.—Section 102(e) of the Flood <br />2 Disaster Protection Act (as added by subsection (a)) shall <br />3 apply to all loans outstanding on or after the date of en- <br />_ 4 actment of the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of <br />5 1993. <br />6 SEC. 205. STANDARD FLOOD HAZARD DETERMINATION <br />7 FORMS. <br />8 Chapter III of the National Flood Insurance Act of <br />9 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4101 et seq.) is amended by adding at <br />10 the end the following new section: <br />11 "SEC. 1885. STANDARD FLOOD HAZARD DETERmwATION <br />12 FORMS. <br />13 "(a) DEVELOPAIEA"r.—The Director, in consultation <br />14 with the Federal entities for lending regulation, shall de - <br />15 velop a standard flood hazard determination form (here - <br />16 after in this section referred to as the `determination <br />17 form') for use in connection with loans secured by im- <br />18 proved real estate or a manufactured home located in an <br />19 area of special flood hazards and in which flood insurance <br />20 is available under this title. <br />21 "(b) DESIGN AND CONTENTS.—The determination <br />22 form- shall state whether the property is in an area of spe- <br />23 cial flood hazards, the risk premium rate classification es. <br />24 tablished for the special flood hazard area in which the <br />25 property is located, the complete map and panel numbers <br />•e 14M 1s <br />
