40 <br />1 Act of 1972. The Director shall, to the greatest extent <br />2 possible, utilize State management programs approved <br />3 under section 306 of the Coastal Zone Management Act <br />4 of 1972 to facilitate development and implementation of <br />5 regulations and guidelines for this title. <br />6 (b) COORDINATION REPORT. The Director and the <br />7 Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere <br />8 shall jointly prepare a report that details the proposed <br />9 mechanisms for achieving the coordination required in <br />10 subsection .(a). This report shall be transmitted to the <br />11 Congress not later than 2 years after the date of enact- <br />12 ment of this Act. <br />13 TITLE V-FLOOD INSURANCE <br />14 TASK FORCE <br />15 SEC. 501. FLOOD INSURANCE INTERAGENCY TASK FORCE. <br />16 (a) ESTABLISHMENT.—There is established an inter- <br />17 agency task force to be known as the Flood Insurance <br />18 Task Force (hereafter in this title referred to as the "Task <br />19 Force"). <br />20 (b) MEmBERsHIP.- <br />21 (1) IN GENERAL.—The Task Force shall con- <br />22 sist of 11 'members, who shall be the designees of- <br />23 (A) the Director of the Federal Emergency <br />24 Management Agency; <br />25 (B) the Federal Housing Commissioner; <br />es 14W is <br />
