43 <br />1 findings of the Task Force and publishing the guide - <br />2 lines in a usable format. <br />3 (d) REPORTS.—Not later than 2 years after the date <br />4 of enactment of this Act, the Task Force shall transmit <br />5 to the Congress a report describing its studies and any <br />6 conclusions. <br />7 (e) COMPENSATION.—Members of the Task Force <br />8 shall receive no additional compensation by reason of their <br />9 service on the Task Force. <br />10 (f) CHAIRPERSON.—The members of the Task Force <br />11 shall elect 1 member to serve as the chairperson of the <br />12 Task Force (hereafter in this section referred to as the <br />13 "Chairperson"). <br />14 (g) MEETINGS AND ACTION.—The Task Force shall <br />15 meet at the call of the Chairperson or a majority of the <br />16 members of the Task Force and may take action by a vote <br />17 of the majority of the members.
