Since the application has been In process, the <br />zoning code was changed to require special exception approval for <br />such uses in the CG district. Although this project is not <br />required to adhere to the new <br />special exception criteria, staff <br />has used the new criteria as a guideline in reviewing various <br />aspects of this project. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />1.
