RESOLUTION 93-192 <br />ABANDONING EASEMENTS IN TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br />UNIT NO. 2, LOTS 1 & 3, BLOCK 17, ACCORDING <br />TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65 <br />i OF ,THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing <br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />11 Robert A. Berry, Sr. i Brenda L. Berry, his wife, successors in <br />interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is Post Office <br />Box 867, Fellsmere, Florida 32948, Grantee, as follow: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage <br />easements of Lots 1 i 3, Block 17, Tropical Village Estates <br />Subdivision Unit 2, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot <br />1, and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 3, according to the <br />plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 65, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />Tax Parcel Number: 00-31-37-00008-0170-00001.0 <br />THIS RESOLUTION, was moved for adopted by Commissioner <br />Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and <br />adopted on the 9 day of November , 1993, by following vote: <br />Commissioner <br />Richard <br />N.
