O <br />L t <br />> r. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-205 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING FOR UTILITY <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE MAINTENANCE OF STREETS <br />AND EASEMENTS, OR ANY PART THEREOF, IN <br />l� <br />CLUB GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />�i <br />r <br />t� WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />lines in Club Grove Estates Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain streets and easements, or any <br />part thereof, in Club Grove Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book <br />10, Page 27, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts for utility purposes only the maintenance of streets <br />and easements, or any part therof, as offered to the County on the plat of <br />the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner T i p p in , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
