Berry Subdivision, PBS 2, Page 14, NLY 166' of SLY <br />201' of ELY 1/2 of Lot 29 <br />NON THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />O0NKXS8IONERB OF-XNDIAN RIVER COMITY, VLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 128th Court, 236 L.F. North of 79th Avenue (Elaine <br />Street); heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 9120 is <br />hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above and all <br />applicable requirements of Chapter 206, et seq.
