<br />We,, the uadersigned, citizens of the . -do ty of Indian JUverp.State of
<br />Florida, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a. -county
<br />Road to be laid out as follows, to -wit: commencing at
<br />Beginning at the -Six,e ,Hlebway -state Road .leo. 4 'between Sections 32 and 15 ran
<br />East between Sections 23 and 14 and sections 24 and 13 to Indian River 'Township 32:8#
<br />Range 39 E:
<br />Said Road right-of-way to be not less Mian -Fifty feet in width.
<br />•Se therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened S
<br />County -AW as above dozorlbeds and we, the owners of the land through which said Road
<br />In sought to be laid out, In consideration of the sun of one dollar to us each and
<br />severally in hand paid by . the said -County of -Indian River, the receipt of which is

<br />It was ordered that Chas Kersey, Eli C Walker and 8«E«Mover, be appointed a
<br />committee to view, mark and lay out said road and report to this Board„
<br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were
<br />ermined and'found correct, were
<br />approved, and warrants
<br />issued in settlement of
<br />same.
<br />Such bills and accounts being on
<br />file in the office of
<br />the Clerk Circuit Court.
<br />The
<br />warrants`do issued from the respective funds "being listed completely in the County
<br />Finance record as provided by law, reference to such record and the list so recorded
<br />being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the sane were set out
<br />herein in detail.
<br />The County depository filed its monthly report showing receipts and disbursements
<br />which having been checked over was found to be correct.
