Tuesday, April 11, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 11, 1995, <br />at 9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Richard N. <br />Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and John W. Tippin. Fran B. Adams, Vice <br />Chairman arrived at 9:04 a.m. Also present were James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and <br />Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and County Attorney <br />Vitunac led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDATMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Macht requested addition of items 7.F., Support for <br />Cultural Facilities Grant for Riverside Theater, 13.A.1., <br />Recommendations on unfunded mandates, and 13.A.2., Resolution <br />opposing legislation on expansion of special risk categories in our <br />retirement plan. <br />Commissioner Eggert, on behalf of Commissioner Adams, <br />requested addition of item 13.B.2., Landscape Maintenance <br />Association concerns. <br />County Attorney Vitunac asked addition of item 12., <br />postponement of public hearing scheduled for April 18, 1995, <br />concerning the Countryside Mobile Home Park North. <br />(Commissioner Adams entered the meeting at 9:04 a.m.) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added <br />the above items to the Agenda. <br />1 9 8 <br />BOOK �F�.��t <br />April 11, 1995 <br />
