<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, ABANDONING
<br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOT 8 AND LOT 6,
<br />BLOCK 8, TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4,
<br />PAGE 94 1/2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA.
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose,'
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />Grantor, to Oscar C. Simmons, their successors in interest, heirs
<br />and assigns, whose mailing address is 496 Fleming Street,
<br />Sebastian, Florida 32958 Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage
<br />easements of Lots 6 & 8, Block 8, Tropical Village
<br />Estates Subdivision, being the southerly three (3) feet
<br />of Lot 6 and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 8,
<br />Section 24, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, as recorded
<br />in Plat Book 4, Page 94 1/2, of the Public Records of
<br />f Indian River County, Florida.
<br />S THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Scurlock Bird
<br />seconded by Commissioner , and
<br />adopted on the 7th day of April , 1992, by the following
