CHO iieariz(g (Third Reso.) 3/23/92(legal)Vk/DC <br />a <br />`P <br />' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 54 <br />c mmM <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, " x T cmi <br />MO <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN , n <br />CONNECTION WITH WASTEWATER SERVICE TO THE <br />BLUE CYPRESS LAKE FISHING CLUB AREA AND i c m <br />PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE <br />MADE OF RECORD. o z <br />D <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 92-48, adopted March 17, 1992, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties <br />located in the area of Blue Cypress Lake Fishing Club which will <br />J <br />receive wastewater service from Indian River County; and <br />`o <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />to be paid; and <br />F. <br />r <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published on March 23, 1992, as <br />required by Section 11-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />r <br />N <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />V <br /><r :a <br />County passed Resolution No. 92-49, on March 17, 1992, which set a <br />time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br />chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br />said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by <br />Section 11-53, Indian River County Code; and <br />w <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />Lpublished <br />in the Press Journal Newspaper on Monday, March 23, 1992, <br />and Monday, March 30, 1992 (twice one week apart; the last being at <br />least one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section 11-52, <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least <br />ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 11-52, Indian <br />o <br />River County Code; and <br />O <br />to <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />W <br />0 <br />County on Tuesday, April 7, 1992, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public <br />M <br />hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />lD <br />v <br />
