RESOLUTION No.92-73 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER ` COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />• ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE KINGS MUSIC <br />LANDS SUBDIVISION, LOT 9, AND NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 10, <br />BLOCK 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED C.J <br />IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ? <br />GJ <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, Cli <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those ePeements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County N <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />mailing address is 1640 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to Reginald & Tara L. Penny their successors in interest, <br />heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2052, Wabasso, <br />Florida 32970 Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage <br />easements of Lots 9 & 10, Block 2, Kings Music Lands <br />Subdivision, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 9, <br />and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 10, according to <br />the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17 of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />Tax Parcel No. 17-32-39-00002-0020-00009.0 <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner gird , and <br />adopted on the 12 day of May , 1992, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
