JEFFRESOLUTION NO. 92-75 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN ZABRORNTS IN THS WESTGATE COLONY SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2 PLATS 6 , 7, BLOCK 3, ACCORDING TO THZ'PLAT RWF AS RSCORD>rD IN PLAT HOOK 5, PAGE s4:Olir PUBLIC RZCORDs OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, and WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Norman R. & Carolyn C. Ardeeser,their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 2125 80th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32966 Grantee, as follows: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 6 & 7, Block 3, Westgate Colony Subdivision Unit No. 2, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 6, and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 7, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 84, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida TAX PARCEL NO. 01-33-38-00003-0030-00006.0 THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and adopted on the May 19, , 1992, by the following vote: Commissioner Carolyn K.
