Public Hearing ("ThirdReso.) 5/8/92(legal)Vk/DC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 77 CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />a A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION <br />TO THE MEADOWS (41ST COURT) AND PROVIDING <br />FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF <br />RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 92-66, adopted April 28, 1992, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be <br />serviced a water main extension of the County located in The Meadows <br />(4ist co, r j aaa <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published on May 4, 1992, as <br />required by Section 11-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />U <br />County passed Resolution No. 92-67, on April 28, 1992, which set a <br />r <br />ORL <br />z - N <br />n u M <br />time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the <br />N C) A <br />v :2 <br />properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br />I c: `o <br /> C3 N <br />chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br />/. t. u <br />Ca <br />L ° <br />said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by <br />v <br />o <br />Section 11-53, Indian River County Code; and <br />U <br />G <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Monday, May 4, 1992, and <br />Monday, May 11, 1992 (twice one week apart; the last being at least <br />one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section 11-52, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least <br />ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 11-52, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County on Tuesday, May 19, 1992, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public <br />hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />
