RESOLUTION NO. 92-79 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />FOR ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FLORIDA INLAND NAVI- <br />GATION DISTRICT WATERWAYS ASSISTANCE. PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County is interested in carrying out the following <br />described project for the enjoyment of the citizenry of <br />Indian River County, and the State of Florida: <br />Project Title: Environmental Learning Center <br />Total Estimated Cost: $60,000 <br />Brief Description of Project: Completion of the upland <br />and wetland interpretive trail system at the <br />Environmental Learning Center including elevated wooden <br />boardwalks, on the ground nature trails and extensive <br />explanatory signage identifying the natural features of <br />the aquatic system. <br />AND, Florida Inland Navigation District financial <br />assistance is required for the program mentioned above, <br />NOW THEREFORE, be. it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that the project <br />described above be authorized, <br />AND, be it further resolved that said board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County make application to the <br />Florida Inland Navigation District in the amount of 50% of <br />the actual cost of the project in behalf of said <br />Environmental Learning Center <br />
