RESOLUTION 92-80 <br />AUTHORIZING ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER JOHN E MCNEAL TO <br />TO ISSUE ANNIMAL CONTROL VIOLATION CITATIONS <br />WHEREAS, John E. McNeal has successfully completed the Florida <br />Animal Control Officer Training Program, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />that: <br />I. The appointment of John E. McNeal as an Animal Control Officer <br />with authority to issue citations is hereby approved. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert A Y E <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C. Bowman AYE <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird AYE <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. AYE <br />Commissioner Gary C.
