RECORD VERIFIED <br />FIL `IN z": JEFFREY K, BARTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 86 <br />CLERK CIRGUITCOURT <br />/B AR ON ,,,,CLERK - — INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />7 ;,a A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />6'b FLORIDA, RELEASING CERTAIN DEDICATED <br />EASEMENTS WITHIN THE PLAT OF WINDSOR - <br />PHASE I PD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County approved the plat of Windsor - Phase 1 PD as recorded In Plat <br />Book 13, Page 51, Public Records of Indian River County on January <br />22, 1991, and <br />WHEREAS, the Certificate of Dedication upon the plat of <br />Windsor - Phase I PD dedicated certain conservation easements to Indian <br />River County, and <br />WHEREAS, certain portions of those lands platted as <br />Windsor - Phase I PD at Plat Book 13, Page 51F are being replatted as <br />Windsor Beacheide Plat I with newly configured conservation easements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, F23 IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />1. In consideration of the dedication of conservation <br />easements in the plat of Windsor Beachaide Plat I,, those conflicting <br />dedications shown in the plat of Windsor - Phase I PD at Plat Book 13, <br />Page 51F, Public Records of Indian River County, are hereby released <br />to the extent of any inconsister. j between the plats. <br />2. The Clerk is dir :!ted to record a certified copy of this <br />Resolution in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
