u --w--i-L-Luxi `u Ay Lne noara of county Commissioners at the time <br />of preparation of the final assessment roll, and shall be payable <br />in two (2) equal installments, the first to be made twelve (12) <br />months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 2 through 9 including 35' abandoned right-of- <br />way North of Lot 9, Block A; Lots 1 and Lots 12 <br />through 18, Block B in Oceanaire Heights <br />Subdivision, Unit 1 as recorded in Plat Book 3, <br />Page 84 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County. <br />Lots 1 through 9, Block E and Lots 1 through 9, <br />Block F; including 35' abandoned right-of-way South <br />of Lot 1, Block F in Oceanaire Heights Subdivision, <br />Unit 2 as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 4 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County. <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block G; Lots 1 through 8, Block <br />H in Oceanaire Heights Subdivision, Unit 3 as <br />recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 53 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />I. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to Seagrape Drive from CR510 to Magnolia Lane; <br />heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 9019 is hereby <br />approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable <br />requirements of Section 11-41, et seq. Indian River County Code of <br />Laws and Ordinances. <br />2 <br />
