Brown, County Administrator <br />Kristin Daniels, Director, Office of Management and Budget <br />FROM: Jennifer Hyde, Purchasing Manager <br />SUBJECT: Disaster Debris Monitoring Agreement - DebrisTech <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On January 14, 2020, the Board approved the selection committee's final ranking of firms for RFP <br />2019062 for Disaster Debris Monitoring. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff has successfully reached an agreement on terms with the top ranked proposer, DebrisTech, <br />LLC. <br />FUNDING: <br />Any expenses incurred for work under the agreement are anticipated to be funded through FEMA <br />project worksheets. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it <br />after the County Attorney has approved it as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />Attachment: <br />Disaster Debris Monitoring Agreement <br />14 <br />
