3120200051834 <br />RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 -059 RK: 3334 PG: 1973 Page 1 of 2 9/2/2020 3:59 PM <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING------ <br />AN <br />ELEASING—_--AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT 5420 41ST STREET <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a conservation easement located at 5420 41 st <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, BRITTON REALTY OF VERO BEACH LLC, the owner of the property, has made <br />application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no current <br />public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF THE EAST 5 ACRES OF THE WEST 12.07 ACRES OF TRACT 6, SECTION 28, <br />TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE LAST GENERAL PLAT OF THE LANDS OF THE INDIAN RIVER <br />FARMS COMPANY, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA PUBLIC RECORDS; SAID LANDS <br />NOW SITUATE IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 00 00'00- WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID PARCEL, A <br />DISTANCE OF 999.81 FT TO A POINT OF BEGINNING.
